We aren’t a huge agency where you’ll be just another cog in the machine. We are a medium sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.

We are seeking a skilled Print Final Artist with strong expertise in Point of Sale (POS) and Packaging Design to ensure flawless execution of print-ready artwork. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a solid understanding of printing processes, and experience working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare final print files for POS displays, packaging, and other printed materials, ensuring they meet printer specifications.
-Collaborate with designers and account managers to finalize design concepts and execute production-ready artwork.
-Ensure high-quality standards for color, layout, typography, and image resolution in all final files.
-Work closely with external print suppliers to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards.
-Troubleshoot and correct any technical issues related to print production.
-Preflight and proofing files to ensure print accuracy and resolve any issues before production.
-Adapt existing designs for multiple formats (POS, packaging, promotional materials).
-Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of final assets.

Requirements:

-3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing POS and packaging design work.
-Interpret and understand specifications.
-Review and validate files for printing, ensuring compliance with defined specifications.
-In-depth knowledge of print processes (offset, digital, large format) and materials.
-Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
-Experience with pre-press and print file preparation.
-Strong understanding of color management and proofing processes.
-Knowledge of different packaging structures and POS display formats.
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
